Holy Week at St Philip and St Paul with Wesley

Holy Week is the most important week in the Church year. It is a time when we celebrate in a special way the life, death and resurrection of Jesus. During this next week here at St Philip and St Paul with Wesley, we will be remembering what Jesus did for us on the cross, thinking about what He taught us and this coming Sunday celebrating his resurrection. We have a number of services throughout this special week and we would love to see you if you can join us.

Easter Week

• Maundy Thursday: 12 noon – Quiet communion service in the Church chapel
• Maundy Thursday Communion: 7.30 pm

Good Friday

• 10.00 am: ‘Love so amazing’ 12.00:
• Walk of Witness in Southport (starting outside Farmfoods)

Easter Sunday

• 8.30 am: Said Holy Communion in the church Chapel
• 10.30 am: All-age Communion
• 6.30 pm: Holy Communion in the church lounge
